Construction Litigation, including claims involving builders liens and certificates of pending litigation (CPLs). These disputes involve various parties, including owners, general contractors and subcontractors, and can involve payment issues, defective work, and breach of contract claims.
Real Estate Litigation, or disputes related to the ownership and transfer of land or real property. Common issues include breach of purchase and sale agreements, disputes over boundaries, fraud, misrepresentation, or failed transactions.
